Screw-Lock Molded Cable Assemblies

Vibration-proof cordsets that hold the connector mated with a threaded coupling instead of a friction latch, covering D-Sub DB9 / DB15 / DB25, M23 servo, GX16 aviation, VGA, DVI and locking USB-C. Sealed IP67 and panel-mount builds available; pinout and shell size set per order.

GX16 Aviation Plug Cable, Threaded Circular Cordset, Panel Mount Option

A GX16 aviation plug cable couples with a knurled threaded nut instead of a latch, so it will not walk loose on a machine that runs unattended for a shift. Two to ten contacts, straight or right-angle plug, or a flange receptacle for the panel.

HDMI Panel-Mount Extension Cable with Latch Lock (HDMI 2.0, 4K@60Hz, 18 Gbps, M3 Screw)

An HDMI panel mount extension cable that moves the port to a cabinet or kiosk panel on a two-screw flange, with a latch lock to hold the plug in.

IP67 D-Sub Screw Cable, Sealed Cordset for Outdoor and Washdown Panels

An IP67 D-Sub screw cable is sealed in three places at once: the mating face, the panel joint and the cable exit. Gasket or sealing frame, gland or potted rear entry, and an overmolded cordset end. Send the shell size, pin count and washdown chemistry.

IP67 RJ45 Patch Cable, Dual-Use Waterproof Shielded Ethernet Jumper with Retractable Boot

An IP67 RJ45 patch cable built for field kits that meet both kinds of port in one day. The retractable shroud slides back for a standard RJ45 jack and screws forward onto a sealed IP67 receptacle, so one jumper covers the whole site. Foil screened, outdoor jacket, tethered dust cap.

IP67 RJ45 Screw-Lock Bulkhead Cable (Threaded Coupling, Panel Mount, Dust Cap)

An IP67 RJ45 bulkhead cable carries an RJ45 port through an enclosure wall and seals the opening to IP67. The socket clamps to the panel with a threaded coupling nut and silicone gasket, and ships with a dust cap so the opening stays sealed when nothing is plugged in.

IP67 Waterproof USB-C Screw Cable, USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 20Gbps, Panel Mount Option

A waterproof usb-c screw cable that keeps USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 20 Gb/s signaling intact while sealing the interface against water and dust. Threaded coupling ring or dual-screw retention, plug-to-plug or plug-to-panel receptacle, built for outdoor enclosures and vehicle service ports.

IP69K Screw Lock Cable for RJ45 and M12 Gigabit Vision Links

An IP69K screw lock cable for camera and PLC links on lines that get hosed down with hot water and detergent every shift. Screw-lock RJ45 or M12 8-pin couplings, PUR or stainless braid jacket, sealed at the mated pair, which is the only condition that matters on the line.

M12 D-Code to RJ45 Screw-Lock Cable

This m12 d-code rj45 cable joins a screw-locking D-coded M12 male to a standard RJ45 plug over four shielded pairs, bridging sealed field wiring and ordinary cabinet Ethernet in one PROFINET-ready cordset.

M15 4-Pin Waterproof Cable for Outdoor LED Lighting

An M15 waterproof cable is the pole-top problem solver: a 15 mm screw-lock shell with a silicone O-ring seal, molded inline or as an F-type branch that splits one street-light feed into two or three fixtures without a junction box. IP67 when mated, IP68 class on request.

M23 Screw Lock Cable for Servo Motor Power and Encoder Feedback

An M23 screw lock cable puts servo power and encoder feedback into one coupling: motor phases and brake on the large contacts, feedback and thermal sensor on a separately shielded group. Built to the motor and drive model you give us.

M8 6-Pin Screw-Lock Cable

This m8 screw lock cable puts a flanged, panel-mount M8 male with threaded locking on one end and a molded A-coded female on the other, giving sensor wiring a rigid anchor point where vibration would loosen a plain snap-in fit.

Right Angle Type C male USB Cable to Femal socket with screw-lock

A right angle type c cable with a screw-lock panel socket turns an enclosure wall into a USB-C feedthrough. The 90-degree host plug saves depth; dual M2 thumbscrews hold the panel end.

Specification table

A friction-fit plug eventually walks out under vibration, and a cable that snags in a service aisle pulls out faster. These assemblies replace that retention with a mechanical lock: a thumbscrew into a panel receptacle, a jackscrew on a D-Sub shell, or a threaded collar on a circular connector.

Typical screw-lock molded cable build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Screw threads follow the ISO metric screw thread series; USB, HDMI and servo interfaces keep to their own governing specifications: USB-IF, HDMI and EMVA for vision interfaces.

Typical applications

  1. Machine vision Camera leads that cannot be pulled loose when the gantry accelerates.
  2. Servo drives M23 power plus feedback combinations built as one assembly.
  3. CNC and control panels Operator-facing ports that get plugged and unplugged daily.
  4. Kiosks and vending USB and serial leads held against casual pulling.
  5. Marine and offshore Stainless hardware and sealing gaskets for salt-laden air.

Questions buyers ask

Thumbscrew or latch-style Bow lock?

Thumbscrews take more cycles and hold against vibration, but need a threaded receptacle and take longer to fit. Latches are faster if the equipment supports them. The trade-off is set out in our comparison of screw-lock and latch-style connectors.

What do you need to quote an overmolded assembly?

Panel thickness and cutout, the mating receptacle, cable OD range, minimum bend radius and the flex expectation. Those five inputs drive the tooling shape and the strain relief length. See what engineers should define.

Is the IP67 claim valid on its own?

No. Sealing is a property of the mated pair, so we rate it against a named receptacle and gasket. Tell us what the cable plugs into, and we quote the assembly against that instead of a bare part.
