38999 High Speed Harness with Overmolded Strain Relief for 10GbE Links

A 38999 high speed harness carrying 10GBASE-T, USB and video through shielded size 8, 12 and 16 contacts, with a 360 degree backshell interface and an overmolded transition at the point where these assemblies normally fail. Built to your print.

BESS Battery Wiring Harness Built to Drawing for 1000-1500 V DC Storage Racks

A BESS battery wiring harness built to drawing for storage cabinet racks, from module links through to the power conversion skid. Conductor, insulation, screen and terminations are selected to your specification, and every leg is marked to your node numbering.

BMS Communication Harness for CAN and RS-485 Battery Rack Links

A BMS communication harness for CAN and RS-485 battery racks, built as screened twisted pairs with keyed and latched housings, numbered legs and a defined screen termination. Sense wiring is kept out of the power path. Send the pinout and the node list.

Cobot Arm Cable Harness with Drag-Chain Jacket

A cobot cable harness built to your arm layout: braided-sleeve branches, sealed connectors and a flex test defined against your motion profile before the first part is made.

Custom Industrial Robot Wire Harness

A custom industrial robot wire harness built to your routing, branch points and flex-life requirement, with power, encoder, brake and air tube cores in one assembly.

Drone Battery Power Harness, 12 AWG Silicone with T-Plug Connectors

A drone battery power harness is the high-current lead that links a flight battery to the ESC or power distribution board, built so voltage drop and heat stay under control at burst current.

Earphone Memory Wire Cable with Formable Ear Hook

An earphone memory wire cable carries audio and mic signals while a stainless shaping core holds the over-ear bend you set. Conductor count, jacket and terminations are built to your drawing, not pulled off a shelf.

Energy Storage Cabinet Wiring Harness

An energy storage wiring harness for ESS cabinets: segregated power and BMS runs, conduit-protected branches and sealed connectors, built to your rack drawing.

EV High Voltage Harness Built to Print for 800 V Battery Packs

An EV high voltage harness built to print for 800 V packs, junction boxes, charge inlets and the interlock loop. Conductor size, insulation and screen termination come from your drawing, and every leg is labeled at both ends. Send a drawing or a sample.

Formable Probe Cable for Borescope and Inspection Leads

A formable probe cable holds the bend you set, so an operator can aim an inspection head and let go. Core stiffness, shielding and jacket are specified to your drawing.

Formable Wire Harness with Position-Holding Core

A formable wire harness keeps the routing you set, so branches that have to arch over a board or clear a fan stay put without a bracket. Copper carries the current; the stainless core only holds position.

FPV Drone Video Cable, Right-Angle Mini-USB to 3-Pin Leads

An FPV drone cable picks up video and power at a camera’s mini-USB port and brings them out on two 3-pin leads, so the camera wires to a VTX or flight controller without soldering on the camera board.

Specification table

A harness is not picked from a catalog; it is built to your drawing, BOM or sample. What matters is how the branch points are made, how each joint is protected and what evidence ships with the assembly. Workmanship runs to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria, and every unit is tested before it leaves.

Typical custom wire harness build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Workmanship is built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria, published by IPC and WHMA; rail builds follow the fire, smoke and toxicity grades referenced in EN 45545-2.

Typical applications

  1. Rail rolling stock EN 45545-2 graded materials and documented fire performance.
  2. Aerospace and defense MIL-DTL-38999 based looms with tight potting and marking requirements.
  3. Medical devices Surgical robotics and cleanroom-rated assemblies with full traceability.
  4. Energy storage High-voltage battery and BESS harnesses with HVIL monitoring circuits.
  5. Semiconductor equipment EFEM, vacuum and wafer-handling cabling.

Questions buyers ask

What do I need to send to get a quote?

A drawing or sample plus the connector part numbers, wire specifications and branch lengths. If you do not have a harness drawing yet, our drawing checklist for OEM buyers lists exactly what the build team asks for.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Prototypes and samples start from 1 to 50 pcs. Production pricing starts at 500 pcs per part number once the assembly is proven and a tooling or fixture investment makes sense, and we say so in writing before recommending it.

Is MIL-DTL-38999 worth the cost over M12?

Usually not for a factory floor sensor. It earns its price in vibration, altitude and environmental sealing cases. We priced the difference in MIL-DTL-38999 versus M12.

Have one built to your drawing

Send the connector part numbers, lengths and environment. We review manufacturability in writing before any tooling spend, and we tell you up front what we cannot do.
