Our Facility & Equipment in Longgang, Shenzhen
Two things matter about a facility: what it can actually make, and whether the person quoting you has ever stood in it. This page is the second-best thing to a visit, and it deliberately includes the parts most suppliers leave out.
Four areas, one continuous flow
Tooling, molding, assembly and inspection sit in one facility. That is the reason a mold change is a machining job rather than a phone call to another company.
| Area | What happens | Capability |
|---|---|---|
| Tool room | Mold design, machining, fitting, modification and maintenance | 100+ active molds maintained on site — low-pressure overmold tools, insert molds, vertical injection tools and sealing tools |
| Injection molding | Overmold and insert molding for cable assemblies | PVC, TPE, TPU, PP, PA and PUR overmolds, 32–12 AWG conductor range |
| Assembly | Cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, shielding, sleeving, labeling | 4 production lines |
| Inspection | Electrical, dimensional and visual verification | 100% continuity and pinout on production assemblies; the full test matrix is published |

Facility area, headcount and individual equipment models are deliberately not published here as figures — a number that goes stale is worse than no number. We will send the current equipment list, with model, quantity and accuracy, on request.
Visiting us
We welcome factory audits, including by your own quality team or a third party. Audits are arranged in advance so the right people are present; a live video walk-through can be arranged when travel is not practical.

What an audit visit looks like
We would rather you walk the floor than read about it. Audits — by your own quality team or a third party — are welcome, and they work best with a little notice so the right people are in the building.
- Before. Tell us what you want to see and what you need to check: tool room, molding, assembly lines, inspection area, or the quality records for a specific program. NDA first if you prefer.
- On the day. Walk the flow in production order — tool room, overmolding, assembly, inspection — with the people who run each area, and see your own part running if it is on the line.
- After. Documentation requested during the audit is provided in writing, including anything we do not hold.
If a visit is not practical, a live video walk-through covers the same ground: we walk the floor with a phone and you direct where it goes. Several of our long-running overseas programs started exactly that way and only visited later.
The cable assembly lines and overmolding cells are the two areas most visitors ask to see first. The address is on this page and the about page; the quality system and verification scope are published, so there is nothing to find out on the day that you could not have read beforehand. If you would rather start with paperwork, send a build-to-print requirement and we will answer it in writing first.

Visiting and audits FAQ
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Audits by your own team or a third party are welcome. Arrange in advance so the right people are present and, if you have a part in production, so it is running when you are here.
Can we do a video walk-through instead?
Yes. Tell us which areas you want to see — tool room, molding, assembly line or inspection — and we will walk the floor live with a camera while you direct.
Will you sign an NDA before we visit?
Yes. Send yours or ask for ours. It covers anything you see on the floor, including other customers’ parts, which are never shown or photographed.
Why do you not publish facility area and headcount?
A number that goes stale is worse than no number. We will send the current figures with a quote, and you can verify them in person during an audit.
Arrange a visit, an audit or a video walk-through.
Tell us what you want to see — tool room, molding, assembly line or inspection — and we will make sure it is running when you are here.
