Cable Assemblies for Test & Measurement

A measurement lead is part of the instrument. If it adds noise, leaks current or changes between builds, the measurement is wrong — and the instrument will get blamed for it.

What this application demands

These are the constraints that change the design. Everything else is a normal cable.

Signal integrity
Capacitance, leakage and shielding determine whether a low-level measurement survives the cable. Insulation resistance of 100 MΩ at 500 VDC and, where needed, above 1 GΩ.
Shielding integrity
Coverage, drain termination and connector bonding, verified end to end — not assumed from the cable construction.
Precise pinout
Pinout is verified 100% against your wiring schedule. On high-pin-count and multi-channel builds this is the defect that actually occurs.
Small batch, high mix
Ten variants of fifty pieces is a different production problem from five thousand of one part. We run both.
Repeatability between builds
Specifications and tooling retained under your part reference, so a reorder two years later matches the original.
