Cut to length, strip, tin, twist and terminate to the build definition.

Testing & inspection.
Every assembly leaves the line 100% electrically verified: continuity and pinout are checked against the netlist, not sampled. Crimp pull force is measured at setup and re-checked in process; dimensions and workmanship are inspected to the AQL level agreed in your quotation. Each shipment ships with inspection records, and a certificate of conformance is available on request.
Workmanship standard.
Production is built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 workmanship criteria unless your drawing specifies otherwise, under our ISO 9001 quality management system. Crimp height, pull force and visual acceptance are defined per project and confirmed during quotation, not discovered at final inspection.
Practical note: we state Class 3 as the workmanship criteria we build and inspect to. If your program requires a certificate of compliance issued by a certified IPC training center, tell us at quotation and we will confirm exactly what can be supplied rather than discovering it at delivery.

Are you the cable assembly manufacturer, or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Four production lines, 40 assemblers, an in-house mold shop and the electrical test bay all sit in one facility in Longgang, Shenzhen. There is no trading company in the middle and no sub-contracted assembly — we are not one of the trading companies that quote first and source later. Factory audits are welcome on site or by live video.
Do you build both cable assemblies and wire harness assemblies?
Yes. Single-lead cable assemblies and multi-branch wire harness assemblies run on the same lines, so cable and wire harness assembly services can be combined in one build: overmolded connector on one end, branched harness with loom and labeling on the other. MOQ is 500 pcs per part number for production runs, and 1 to 50 pcs for prototypes and samples.
Can you build a custom connector cable from a part number or a sample?
Yes. Send the manufacturer part numbers, a drawing, or one physical sample. For a custom connector cable or any custom cable connection we confirm the interface, pinout and strain relief before quoting, and we will flag equivalents if a specified part has a lead time that threatens your schedule.

MOQ is 500 pcs per part number for production runs, and 1 to 50 pcs for prototypes and samples. Prototypes ship in 3 working days, production in 14 working days after sample approval, and a new overmold tool adds about 10 working days. We quote to your Incoterm and ship from Shenzhen by sea, air or express.
