Industries We Serve

The same cable is an easy problem in one application and a failure waiting to happen in another. Below is what changes — and what we ask — in the six industries we build for most.

Six applications, one method. Each page below opens with the engineering constraints that actually decide the cable — temperature, flex life, shielding, chemical exposure and the paperwork your market requires — before it shows you parts. If your application is not listed, the constraints usually still map onto one of these.

How each industry page is built

Constraints first

We start from what the cable has to survive, not from a product list. Cycles, chemicals, temperature and ingress in that order.

Then typical builds

The assemblies we actually produce for that industry, with links to the relevant capability pages.

Then what we ask

The five or six questions we need answered before a quotation means anything. Send them with the drawing.

No capability we do not have

Where a regulated or certified requirement is outside what we can provide, we say so at quotation rather than at final inspection.

What does not change between industries

The application changes the materials and the documentation. It does not change the four things that decide whether a harness survives its first year in the field.

  • Conductor and termination. Correct gauge for the current and the run length, and a crimp that is verified rather than assumed.
  • Shielding and grounding. Where the noise enters, and where the shield actually drains — decided before the cable is built, not after it fails EMC.
  • Strain relief and overmold geometry. Most field failures happen at the connector, not in the middle of the cable.
  • Verification before release. Every assembly is checked on the bench — continuity, polarity and insulation resistance — before it is packed.

Get those four right and the industry-specific part becomes a material and documentation problem, which is a much shorter conversation. How we test · Overmolding capability.

Your industry is not here?

Most of our work is application-specific rather than industry-specific. Send the environment the cable has to survive and we will tell you what it needs to be made of.

Industries: FAQ

Do you build medical cable assemblies?

We build assemblies for medical and laboratory equipment to the cleanliness, material and documentation requirements your program specifies. We do not hold or claim medical device approvals of our own — the approval sits with your device, and we supply the build and the records that support it.

Can you supply material certificates and compliance paperwork?

Yes. Material data, RoHS and REACH statements and inspection records can travel with the shipment. Tell us what your incoming inspection needs and we will confirm what we can issue before you order.

We are not sure which category our project falls under.

Start with the constraint that worries you most — flex life, temperature, chemicals, EMC or approval paperwork — and describe that. It is usually a faster route to the right build than picking a category first. Send us the requirement.

What volumes do you work at?

Production starts at 500 pcs per part number. Most programs on these pages run in the low thousands and repeat, which is where our tooling and process are set up to be cheapest.
