What has not changed
Three things have stayed constant since the first custom enquiry: engineering questions are answered before the quote rather than after the first article; the tooling is ours, so a change is a decision rather than a negotiation; and what we cannot do is stated at the start.
That last one is the reason this page has a short timeline instead of a long one.
What has changed since 2012
The milestones on this page are dated only when they are documented, which is why the timeline is short. What has changed is easier to describe as capability than as dates.
- Custom went from exception to default. Non-standard lengths, pinouts, branches, terminals, protection and identification are now the normal request rather than the difficult one.
- Tooling came in-house. Molded connector geometry and cable construction moved into one engineering workflow. 3,000+ tooling sets have been built since 2012.
- Overseas became the main audience. Most programs now start as a drawing or a sample from an overseas OEM buyer and end in repeat supply.
- Verification moved earlier. Test scope is agreed at quotation, which is the only point where agreeing it is free.
Everything we build — cable assemblies, wire harnesses and overmolded connectors — came out of that sequence. The capacity figures on the facility page — four production lines, 3,000+ tooling sets built since 2012, 1,000,000 pcs a year, 32–12 AWG — are the current state, and we will send the current numbers with a quote rather than ask you to trust a number printed on a web page.

When was the company founded?
2012, in Longgang, Shenzhen — inside the Pearl River Delta component supply chain, with same-day access to connector, cable and molding material suppliers.
How many tooling sets have you built in-house?
More than 3,000 built since 2012, covering low-pressure overmold tools, insert molds, vertical injection tools and sealing tools. They are designed, cut and maintained in our own mold shop.
