14-Pin Round to 14-Pin DIP Diagnostic Adapter Cable

A 14 pin round dip cable bridging a round 14-pin diagnostic plug to a 2x7 DIP socket, so bench tooling built around the DIP format can reach a round port. Straight through, short body, built to the pinout you send.

16 Pin J1962F OBD2 Female Connector to ECU board Tyco 8pin Wire harness 1ft

A 16 pin J1962F OBD2 ECU harness bridges the vehicle diagnostic port and the 8-position housing on an ECU or programming jig, at 1 ft as standard. Built to the pin-to-pin mapping you send, not to a rule of thumb.

16 Pin OBDII Y Splitter Extension Cable, Heavy Duty OBD2 Male to Female Car Diagnostic Extender Adapter Cord

A 16 pin OBDII Y splitter extension lets a permanent device and a scan tool share one diagnostic port, and takes the mating cycles off the socket in the dash. Full 16-wire passthrough or a power-only tap.

2+6 eBike Battery Connector Cable, IP67 Overmolded

A 2+6 eBike battery connector cable is a sealed hybrid harness that carries two high-current power contacts and six low-current signal contacts inside one keyed housing, so a battery pack needs a single opening for both the main power path and its BMS communication.

7-Way RV Trailer Wiring Harness, Overmolded Blade Plug

A 7 way trailer wiring harness with an overmolded RV blade plug, seven color-coded circuits and a sealed strain relief, built to the length and wiring schedule you send.

Battery Cable Installation Kit with Terminal Clamps and Lugs

An installation kit clamps lugs set for a battery cable run: pre-cut red and black leads, insulated positive and negative terminal clamps, ring lugs and heat shrink boots. Suits hot rod, classic and custom vehicle builds.

Battery Jumper Lead with Insulated Terminal Clamps

A battery jumper lead with insulated terminal clamps at one end and tinned copper ring lugs at the other, built to your length, gauge and crimp specification.

Black 9-Pin J1939 Type 1 Adapter to OBD2 16-Pin Diagnostic Socket

A j1939 type 1 adapter takes the black 9-pin diagnostic port found on older trucks, buses and generator sets and presents it as a J1962 16-pin socket, so a standard scan tool can read the CAN bus. Wired passive, 12 V or 24 V, built to the pinout you send.

BMW 16-Pin to 20-Pin OBD Diagnostic Adapter Cable

A bmw obd diagnostic cable that bridges a standard 16-pin OBD-II scanner to the round 20-pin under-hood port on older BMW models. Passive, threaded collar at the 20-pin end, overmolded strain relief at both bodies.

Deutsch DT 6-Pin Heavy-Duty Diagnostic Cable Assembly

A deutsch dt 6 pin cable assembly with bayonet-locking sealed shells, built for engine compartment and chassis diagnostics on trucks, agricultural and construction machines. Keying, jacket and length per your drawing.

DT Connector Pigtail Harness, 2/3/4-Pin Sealed Leads for Work Lights

A dt connector pigtail harness turns a light bar, rock light or work lamp with flying leads into something you can unplug, so a damaged lamp swaps at the roadside instead of being re-spliced. 2, 3 or 4 position, 16 AWG tinned leads, sealed body.

DT06 to J1939 Adapter Cable for Tractors and Excavators

A DT06 to J1939 adapter cable linking a 6-pin Deutsch DT series machine port to a 9-pin or OBD-II scan tool. Wedge-locked size 16 contacts, oil- and UV-resistant TPU jacket, 0.5 m, built to the pinout you send.

Specification table

Vehicle and off-highway cabling lives with heat, vibration, fuel vapor and road salt at the same time. Every assembly here is specified from the temperature zone it occupies first, then the connector family the vehicle platform uses, then the bend and routing constraints.

Typical automotive harness build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Wire may have to meet ISO 6722 temperature classes; heavy-duty diagnostic networks follow SAE J1939 and CAN in Automation specifications.

Typical applications

  1. Diagnostics and telematics OBD2 and J1939 leads that stay plugged into vibrating harness taps.
  2. Trucks and buses J560 trailer ABS coils and heavy-duty diagnostic branches.
  3. Agricultural and construction Sealed leads through chassis grommets into the cab.
  4. EV conversion and auxiliaries Insulation-monitored high-voltage branches.
  5. Camera and ADAS retrofit Coaxial camera extensions with marine-grade sealing.

Questions buyers ask

Which temperature class do I need?

It depends on where the wire sits, not on the vehicle. Anything in an engine bay or near an exhaust shield needs a higher ISO 6722 class than the same gauge inside the cabin. Our automotive harness selection guide maps the classes to real locations.

OBD2 or J1939?

Light vehicles use OBD2 (J1962); heavy-duty diesel uses J1939, with the connector and baud rate set by the platform. We build both plus adapter leads between them, and we confirm the connector keying before production.

Do you use copper or copper-clad aluminum?

Copper for harness work. CCA saves cost on long static runs but brings higher resistance and poorer flex life; the numbers are in our comparison of CCA versus copper.
