OBD-II 16-Pin to USB BMW INPA K+CAN Diagnostic Cable

An obd2 bmw inpa cable with a J1962 16-pin plug to USB Type-A, for BMW INPA and K+CAN work with an external interface module. Passive lead, braided shield under a transparent jacket, built to the pinout you send.

OBD2 Dashcam Power Cable with Low-Voltage Cutoff and Parking Timer

An OBD2 dashcam power cable with a selectable low-voltage cutoff and parking timer, taking the diagnostic socket supply to a regulated USB-C output for 12 V and 24 V vehicles. No fuse tap, no trim removal, thresholds set per order.

OBD2 Extension Flat Cable, 16-Pin Male to Female Ribbon Lead

An obd2 extension flat cable takes the wear off the vehicle diagnostic port: the tool plugs into the extension and the extension stays in the dash. All 16 pins wired straight through in a low-profile TPU ribbon, 0.3 to 5 m.

OBD2 Splitter USB Charger Cable, 16-Pin Pass-Through Y Lead

An obd2 splitter usb charger turns the single diagnostic port into a second 16-pin socket plus USB-A and USB-C outlets, so a dongle, a dash camera and a phone can all run at once. 16 pins pass through, inline resettable fuse.

OBD2 Type B Cable for Medium-Duty Truck Fleets

An obd2 type b cable covers the medium-duty chassis that do not follow the light-duty Type A pinout: same 16-pin shell, different assignment. Built in-line or as a hardwired breakout to the definition you send, with a printed pinout card for the installer.

SAE J1939 OBD2 Diagnostic Cable, Type 2 Green 9-Pin to 16-Pin Adapter

This J1939 OBD2 diagnostic cable is a Type 2 green 9-pin plug to J1962 16-pin socket, built for heavy trucks and machines that expose the diagnostic bus on a round port. Passive, shielded, no protocol conversion, wired to the pinout you send.

Type2 to NACS Adapter for Single-Phase AC Charging

A Type2 to NACS adapter built for single-phase AC charging, joining an IEC 62196-2 Type 2 coupler to a connector made to the SAE J3400 interface. Passive, straight-through signaling, TPU jacket, built to the pinout and current on your drawing.

V2L Discharge Adapter Cable from Type 2 Inlet to AC Sockets

A v2l discharge adapter cable takes the AC output already present at a vehicle inlet and presents it at a Schuko, BS 1363, CEE or NEMA socket. It is not a charger and not an inverter — the vehicle decides how much power is available.

Vehicle Rear Camera Extension Cable, 4 Pin 5pin 6pin 8pin Dash Cam Extension Cable

A vehicle rear camera extension cable built for 4, 5, 6 and 8 pin M8 camera and monitor links: your pinout, your length, straight or right-angle ends, PVC or PUR jacket.

Specification table

Vehicle and off-highway cabling lives with heat, vibration, fuel vapor and road salt at the same time. Every assembly here is specified from the temperature zone it occupies first, then the connector family the vehicle platform uses, then the bend and routing constraints.

Typical automotive harness build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Wire may have to meet ISO 6722 temperature classes; heavy-duty diagnostic networks follow SAE J1939 and CAN in Automation specifications.

Typical applications

  1. Diagnostics and telematics OBD2 and J1939 leads that stay plugged into vibrating harness taps.
  2. Trucks and buses J560 trailer ABS coils and heavy-duty diagnostic branches.
  3. Agricultural and construction Sealed leads through chassis grommets into the cab.
  4. EV conversion and auxiliaries Insulation-monitored high-voltage branches.
  5. Camera and ADAS retrofit Coaxial camera extensions with marine-grade sealing.

Questions buyers ask

Which temperature class do I need?

It depends on where the wire sits, not on the vehicle. Anything in an engine bay or near an exhaust shield needs a higher ISO 6722 class than the same gauge inside the cabin. Our automotive harness selection guide maps the classes to real locations.

OBD2 or J1939?

Light vehicles use OBD2 (J1962); heavy-duty diesel uses J1939, with the connector and baud rate set by the platform. We build both plus adapter leads between them, and we confirm the connector keying before production.

Do you use copper or copper-clad aluminum?

Copper for harness work. CCA saves cost on long static runs but brings higher resistance and poorer flex life; the numbers are in our comparison of CCA versus copper.
