IP67 2-Pin Waterproof Connector Cable

Overview

IP67 2-pin waterproof connector cable with a screw-lock moulded connector on each end. The cable is supplied as a complete overmoulded assembly with a strain-relief boot and an internal O-ring seal that protects the contacts to IP67 when mated. Typical use is for outdoor LED lighting, garden equipment, marine electronics and other low-voltage DC applications.

Construction and Materials

Two 22 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors, PVC or PUR jacket. The connector ends are custom overmoulded with a TPE boot and a screw-lock coupling nut; an internal O-ring on the mating face protects the contacts to IP67 when the two halves are tightened. The cable is supplied continuity and hipot tested.

Compatibility and Fitment

Mates with any IP67 2-pin screw-lock receptacle of the matching pin layout. The mating face is industry standard; the overmould is custom. For higher current up to 10 A use the 3-pin or 4-pin variant; for 3-phase AC use the dedicated AC power connector.

Custom Builds and Ordering

Conductor size, length, jacket material and colour, connector colour and label print are configurable. New connector overmoulds carry a mould fee. Sample 7 to 10 working days, production 15 to 20 working days.

Packaging and Shipping

Each cable individually PE-bagged and packed in a brown box. 100 pcs per export carton.

Quality and Compliance

Sealing tested to IP67 at 1 m for 30 minutes. Jacket built to UL 758 style 2464 or equivalent. RoHS 2.0 and REACH compliance on file. Ingress protection is rated per <a href=”https://www.iec.ch” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>IEC 60529</a>; the IP code quoted for each build is the rating the moulded assembly is built to, verified on the mating pair.
