Dual-Port USB 3.0 Panel Flush-Mount Extension Cable (2x Type-A Female, 5 Gbps, 1 m)

A dual port usb flush mount cable that puts two USB 3.0 Type-A sockets on a dashboard, console or bench panel, with screws and cap supplied.

Flush Mount USB-C Receptacle, Threaded M21 Body for Dash Panels

A flush mount USB-C receptacle in a threaded M21 body, retained by a locknut instead of a plastic clip, so a dashboard takes the load rather than the bezel. 10 Gbps data, power delivery to 100 W, screw cap and gasket.

HDMI 8K Panel Coupler with Screw Lock for Cabinet Feedthrough

An HDMI 8K panel coupler carries a 48 Gbps signal through a rack panel or a cabinet wall, with the retention on the panel rather than on the connector shell. Two receptacles back to back, M3 fixings, passive feedthrough. Hole spacing confirmed before you drill.

IP67 Keystone Panel Frame for Field-Replaceable RJ45 Modules

An IP67 keystone panel frame is a sealed housing with a round cut-out and a locknut that takes any standard keystone module. A damaged jack or a move from Cat6 to Cat6A is a module swap at the panel, not a new cable.

IP67 RJ45 Panel Coupler, Cat6A Shielded Bulkhead Feedthrough

An IP67 RJ45 panel coupler turns an enclosure wall into a sealed patch point: two 8P8C jacks sit back to back in a metal shell that clamps through the panel. Pick the cut-out, the gasket side and the mounting direction and we build the bulkhead to your drawing.

IP68 Deck Feedthrough Cable with RJ45 Pass-Through

An IP68 feedthrough cable for decks and bulkheads: RJ45 pass-through on a threaded gland with a tethered protective cap, air-leak screened on every unit.

M12 Bulkhead Panel Connector with Pigtail, A, D and X Coding

An M12 bulkhead panel connector takes sensor, fieldbus and industrial Ethernet wiring through an enclosure wall in one threaded penetration. A, B, D or X coding, front or rear mounting, solder terminals or a molded pigtail on the back. Cut-out confirmed per drawing.

Medical Panel Feedthrough Set for Cart and Monitor Enclosures

A medical panel feedthrough set that carries RJ45, USB 3.2 Type-C and HDMI through a cart, monitor or instrument enclosure, on a D-shape or circular cut-out. We build the cable and panel parts; final device compliance rests with the device manufacturer.

Micro USB Male to USB-A Female Car Dashboard Flush Mount Extension Cable

A micro usb dashboard cable brings a Micro-B device lead out to a flush panel socket on the dash. USB 2.0, 28 AWG data with 24 AWG power, black PVC jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m. Bracket, screw nut and cap included; built to your cut-out and length.

NMEA 2000 Bulkhead Connector with Micro-C and OneNet Options

An NMEA 2000 bulkhead connector carries the backbone or an OneNet Ethernet run through a deck or a watertight bulkhead in one sealed 12 mm penetration. Micro-C 5-pin or 8-pin X-coded OneNet, gold-plated contacts, TPU jacket. Ratings confirmed per order.

Single USB-A Female Car Dashboard Flush Mount Extension Cable with Waterproof Cover

A single usb a female cable on a flush panel bracket, with a flip cap over the socket so splash and dust stay out. 28 AWG data with 24 AWG power, black PVC jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m. IP54 with the cap closed; cut-out 28-30 mm.

Single USB-C Female Car Dashboard Flush Mount Extension Cable with Bracket

A single usb c dashboard cable puts one USB-C socket on a flush dash bracket with 60 W or 100 W Power Delivery, so a phone, tablet or laptop charges at full rate. 32-26 AWG, black PVC or TPE jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m.

Specification table

These assemblies carry a device port out to a panel, bulkhead or enclosure wall, so the requirements are mechanical first: cutout size, thread, gasket compression and how much reach you need behind the panel. Sealing is quoted as a mated pair, never as a bare part.

Typical panel mount cable build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

M12 circular feeds stay compliant with IEC 61076-2-101; USB and HDMI interfaces follow USB-IF and HDMI.

Typical applications

  1. Marine electronics NMEA 2000 networks where the bulkhead is the only access point.
  2. Medical carts and devices Sealed feeds through enclosure walls with stainless, cleanable front faces.
  3. Industrial enclosures RJ45 and USB feeds that keep the cabinet rating intact.
  4. Rail interiors EN 45545-2 compliant with approved materials.
  5. Test fixtures Rapid-change panel interfaces with labeled reaches.

Questions buyers ask

What cutout do I need?

The connector family decides it: M16 x 1.5 for most compact circular feeds, M21 x 1.5 for larger USB-based feeds, and D-series rectangular cutouts for the rest. Our panel mount connector guide covers threads, bayonet and push-pull options.

How long can an NMEA 2000 drop be?

The network sets the limit, not the cable; the bus budget is shared between all drops. We build to the length you specify and check the power budget against the device load. See NMEA 2000 drop cable selection.

Will drilling this panel break its rating?

A correctly gasketed feedthrough keeps the rating. We quote against the face material, panel thickness and gasket compression, and we will tell you when a chosen panel stock cannot hold the claimed IP code.
