3.5 mm AUX Audio Female Panel Mount Extension Cable with Bracket

An aux audio cable with a 3.5 mm stereo socket on a flush panel bracket, so a phone or player plugs into the dash instead of the head unit. 4C x 28 AWG, OD 3.5 mm, gold or nickel contacts, black PVC jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m.

3.5 mm AUX Female to 2 RCA Male Car Dashboard Panel Mount Audio Cable

A 3 5mm aux 2 rca cable gives you a flush 3.5 mm socket on the dash and two RCA plugs at the head unit, so a phone with a headphone output feeds an amplifier input. 4C x 28 AWG, gold contacts, OD 3.5 mm, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m.

8-Pin DIN Male to Female Panel-Mount Extension Cable

An 8 pin DIN panel mount cable that brings an 8-pin DIN socket out to a chassis or rack panel on a two-screw flange.

Car Dashboard Flush Mount USB + HDMI Extension Cable with Mounting Bracket

A car dashboard usb hdmi cable puts an HDMI socket and a USB-A socket on one flush bracket, so a media box or a phone feeds an in-car screen. HDMI OD 5.8 mm, USB 28/24 AWG, black PVC jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m.

Car Dashboard Flush Mount USB-A + 2 RCA Audio Extension Cable with Bracket

A 2rca audio cable bundled with a USB-A panel socket, so one bracket gives you a charger and a stereo RCA input on the dash. 28 AWG data with 24 AWG power, black PVC jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m. For head-unit retrofits.

Car Dashboard Flush Mount USB-A + 3.5 mm Audio Extension Cable with Bracket

A usb 3 5mm audio cable carries a USB-A socket and a 3.5 mm AUX socket on one flush bracket, so one cut-out gives charging and stereo audio. 28 AWG data with 24 AWG power, black PVC jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m.

Cat6 RJ45 Panel-Mount Extension Cable with Thread-locking (UTP, 24 AWG, 3 ft, 50u” Gold)

A cat6 rj45 panel mount cable takes an Ethernet port off the switch and puts it on the outside of the box, held by two screws instead of a friction latch. 24 AWG stranded UTP, 550 MHz, 50 micro-inch gold contacts, 3 ft as standard. Cut-out, pitch and length built to your drawing.

Control Cabinet Service Interface with RJ45 and USB-C Front Plate

A control cabinet service interface that gives maintenance staff a labeled Cat6A RJ45 and USB 3.2 Type-C port on the cabinet door, so a live enclosure stays shut during commissioning and service. IP65 front face, IP20 rear, clip or screw fixing, hinged dust cover and label window options.

D-Type USB Panel Feedthrough with Reversible A/B Core

A D-type USB panel feedthrough with a reversible core: flip the insert and the same hardware presents a Type-A face or a Type-B face to the front of the panel. One part number covers both orientations, which halves the spares you have to hold.

Dual Port USB Panel Mount with USB-C 100 W and USB 3.0 A

A dual port USB panel mount puts a Type-C port and a Type-A port behind one aperture, so the console is drilled once and sealed once. 100 W delivery on the Type-C side, 5 Gbps data on the Type-A side.

Dual USB-A Twin Port Car Dashboard Flush Mount Extension Cable

A dual usb twin port cable puts two USB-A sockets in one flush panel bracket, so a driver and a passenger can charge at the same time. 28 AWG data with 24 AWG power per leg, OD 4.5 mm, black PVC jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m.

Dual USB-C Twin Port Car Dashboard Flush Mount Extension Cable with Bracket

A dual usb c twin port cable puts two USB-C sockets in one flush dash bracket, 60 W or 100 W Power Delivery per port, so two devices charge at full rate at once. 32-26 AWG per leg, black PVC or TPE jacket, 1 m / 2 m / 3 m.

Specification table

These assemblies carry a device port out to a panel, bulkhead or enclosure wall, so the requirements are mechanical first: cutout size, thread, gasket compression and how much reach you need behind the panel. Sealing is quoted as a mated pair, never as a bare part.

Typical panel mount cable build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

M12 circular feeds stay compliant with IEC 61076-2-101; USB and HDMI interfaces follow USB-IF and HDMI.

Typical applications

  1. Marine electronics NMEA 2000 networks where the bulkhead is the only access point.
  2. Medical carts and devices Sealed feeds through enclosure walls with stainless, cleanable front faces.
  3. Industrial enclosures RJ45 and USB feeds that keep the cabinet rating intact.
  4. Rail interiors EN 45545-2 compliant with approved materials.
  5. Test fixtures Rapid-change panel interfaces with labeled reaches.

Questions buyers ask

What cutout do I need?

The connector family decides it: M16 x 1.5 for most compact circular feeds, M21 x 1.5 for larger USB-based feeds, and D-series rectangular cutouts for the rest. Our panel mount connector guide covers threads, bayonet and push-pull options.

How long can an NMEA 2000 drop be?

The network sets the limit, not the cable; the bus budget is shared between all drops. We build to the length you specify and check the power budget against the device load. See NMEA 2000 drop cable selection.

Will drilling this panel break its rating?

A correctly gasketed feedthrough keeps the rating. We quote against the face material, panel thickness and gasket compression, and we will tell you when a chosen panel stock cannot hold the claimed IP code.
