NCR RealPOS 25 Powered USB Cable with DIN Power

Overview

NCR RealPOS 25 Powered USB cable, plus the 24V USB cable variant. The NCR RealPOS 25 is the 25-pin Powered USB port on the NCR RealPOS point-of-sale system, used to feed 24V power plus USB data to a downstream scanner, printer or display. The cable is wired to the customer-specified pin-out and length.

Construction and Materials

One 28 AWG twisted pair for the USB 2.0 data lines (D+ / D-) individually foil-shielded, one 20 AWG pair for the 24 V DC power (V+ / GND), all wrapped in an overall foil + braid shield with drain wire. The jacket is a PVC compound. The NCR RealPOS 25 end is a 25-pin locking plug; the device end is the customer-specified USB or legacy scanner plug or DC barrel.

Compatibility and Fitment

Compatible with the NCR RealPOS 25 Powered USB port on NCR RealPOS point-of-sale hardware. The device end is configurable – provide the scanner or printer make and model at order. The cable is a compatible replacement and is not an OEM NCR product.

Custom Builds and Ordering

Device end connector, length, jacket colour, label print and pin-out are configurable. Sample 7 to 10 working days, production 15 to 20 working days.

Each cable individually PE-bagged and packed in a brown box. 100 pcs per export carton.

Cable assembly continuity and hipot tested. USB 2.0 data pair tested for 90 ohm differential impedance. RoHS 2.0 and REACH compliance on file.
