Overview

LFH60 (Low Force Helix) to DB37 RS-449 / V.35 DCE serial cable. The LFH60 is the 60-pin half-pitch D-Sub shell used on Cisco, Sun and other serial concentrator WIC / HWIC cards. The DB37 side is the standard RS-449 (ISO 4902) connector; the V.35 variant breaks the same signals out to the M/34 V.35 connector.

Construction and Materials

Thirty twisted pairs of 28 AWG stranded tinned copper, wrapped in an overall foil + braid shield with drain wire. The jacket is a PVC compound. The LFH60 end is a metal-hooded half-pitch 60-pin shell with jackscrews; the DB37 or M/34 end is a metal-hooded D-Sub shell with thumbscrews. Pin-out is wired per the RS-449 (ISO 4902) or V.35 standard as requested.

Compatibility and Fitment

Compatible with any LFH60 serial port and any DB37 RS-449 or M/34 V.35 port. Pin-out depends on the application – provide the wiring diagram or the equipment make and model at order.

Custom Builds and Ordering

Pin-out (DCE, DTE or custom), length, jacket colour, connector hood style and label print are configurable. Sample 7 to 10 working days, production 15 to 20 working days.

Packaging and Shipping

Each cable individually PE-bagged and packed in a brown box. 100 pcs per export carton.
