Overview

Robot power cable wired to the KUKA MOT X20 motor power pinout. The cable carries the drive power from the KUKA controller to the servo motor, using a high-flex PUR jacket that handles the small bend radius inside the robot dress pack and the cable track.

Construction and Materials

Four high-current conductors in 14 AWG or 12 AWG stranded bare copper, wrapped in an overall foil + braid shield with drain wire. A filler keeps the bundle round and the PUR jacket is a halogen-free, oil-resistant compound rated for drag-chain use. The motor side connector uses a KUKA-compatible power shell with a locking ring; the controller side is a KUKA drive receptacle or open lead.

Compatibility and Fitment

Jacket tested to IEC 60332-1-2 flame propagation. Drag-chain rating tested to 5 million cycles minimum. RoHS 2.0 and REACH compliance on file.
