IP67 2-Pin Waterproof Connector Cable

This 2pin connector cable is a sealed low-voltage DC drop with an overmolded screw-lock connector at each end and an internal O-ring seal. Two 22 AWG tinned copper conductors in PVC or PUR, built to your length for outdoor lighting, marine electronics and wash-down areas.

IP67 USB Extension Waterproof Cable

This extend waterproof cable takes a USB drop out to an outdoor panel, marine charger or wash-down enclosure as a molded USB-A male to USB-A female lead. O-ring sealed to IP67 when mated, carrying USB 2.0 data and 5 V power in 0.5 m to 5 m or OEM length.

IP67 Waterproof M12 Molded Cable

An IP67 waterproof M12 molded cable built to the coding, pin count, jacket and length your machine needs. One overmolded assembly from connector face to cable exit — send the pinout and we build to it.

IP68 Industrial Data Cable for Serial, USB and Ethernet Ports

An IP68 industrial data cable that carries serial, USB and Ethernet in one sealed lead, with a gasketed panel feedthrough and a dust cap for the state the port is in most of the time.

KUKA Robot Encoder Cable Compatible with 00-174-775

This kuka encoder 174775 cable is wired to the KUKA pin assignment for part 00-174-775, running encoder power and the data pair from the robot axis back to the controller. Six cores plus one pair under foil and braid, in a matte black PUR drag-chain jacket. A compatible replacement, not an OEM part.

KUKA Robot Power Cable Compatible with MOT X20

This KUKA MOT X20 cable carries drive power from the controller to the servo motor on KR and VK series robots. Four 14 AWG or 12 AWG conductors under a foil + braid shield, oil-resistant PUR drag-chain jacket, locking motor shell in size 1 or size 2. A compatible replacement, not an OEM part.

LFH60 to DB37 RS-449 / V.35 DCE Serial Cable

This lfh60 db37 cable breaks a 60-pin Low Force Helix concentrator port out to DB37 RS-449 or M/34 V.35, wired DCE as standard or DTE on request. Thirty 28 AWG twisted pairs under foil and braid, metal hoods with jackscrews, built to your pinout and length.

Liquid Leak Sensing Cable Pigtail for CDU and Rack Manifolds

A liquid leak sensing cable pigtail that connects the sensing element in a coolant distribution unit or rack manifold to the controller input. 2-pin or M8 3-pin to flying leads, cut to the route you draw, 1 m to 20 m. Tell us the input type and we build to it.

Mini-SAS HD Cable, SFF-8643 to SFF-8644

A Mini SAS HD cable crossing the internal SFF-8643 interface to external SFF-8644: four lanes, built to your chassis layout, length and latch style.

Motoman Robot Teach Pendant Cable for DX100 / DX200 / FS100

This motoman teach pendant cable is wired to the DX100, DX200 and FS100 controller pin layout, carrying pendant power, enable, serial data and the emergency stop loop. Eight 24 AWG shielded conductors in an oil-resistant PUR drag-chain jacket, built to your length and connector orientation.

NCR RealPOS 25 Powered USB Cable with DIN Power

This NCR RealPOS 25 cable links the 25-pin Powered USB port on NCR RealPOS point-of-sale hardware to a scanner, printer or display, carrying USB 2.0 data and the 24 V DC rail in one locking lead. Device end to suit, OEM length and pin-out. A compatible replacement, not an OEM part.

Nurse Call 2-Key Button Cable with Silicon Coil

This nurse call 2key cable puts a two-key call button at the patient end of a silicon coil cord, with a 6P4C plug for the bed head or wall plate. 1 m relaxed to 5 m extended at 1:5 stretch, 26 AWG conductors, built to your pin count, button outline and reach.

Specification table

This category exists because most projects start from a host port rather than a cable: the connector is decided by the equipment, and the build has to meet the signal requirement around it. Tell us the interface, the reach and what the cable moves through, and we specify conductor, shields and pitch from there.

Typical signal and data cable build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

USB builds follow the USB4 and USB specification set published by the USB Implementers Forum; vision interfaces are specified against the AIA vision standards and, for camera-side behavior, EMVA guidance.

Typical applications

  1. Machine vision USB3 Vision and GigE Vision leads that hold lock even when the cable flexes with a moving camera.
  2. Motion control Encoder and feedback lines kept separate from motor power to avoid encoder noise.
  3. Fieldbus runs RS-485 and CAN trunks built to the characteristic impedance the network expects.
  4. Drag chain Continuous-flex constructions with specified bend radius and cycle life.
  5. Semiconductor and cleanroom Low-outgas jackets and documented packing.
  6. Test and measurement Short-run precision leads with stated capacitance and return loss.

Questions buyers ask

How do I choose between foil and braid shielding?

Foil gives 100 percent coverage and handles high frequency noise; braid is stronger mechanically and carries low frequency return current better. Most motion and vision builds use both. There is a case where a shield makes EMC worse, and we cover it in shielded vs unshielded cable.

What decides the usable length of a GigE Vision run?

Insertion loss across the pairs, followed by the return loss of the plug terminations. Screw-lock and high-flex constructions change the answer, so we work from the camera and switch distances rather than a fixed maximum. See GigE Vision cable selection.

Can you hold a torsion rating?

Yes for robot-mounted builds. We need the twist angle per meter and the cycle count, then select the stranding and shield construction to match instead of quoting a generic flex number.
