Nano-D Space Harness Built to Drawing for CubeSat Internal Wiring

A Nano-D space harness built to drawing for CubeSat and small launch vehicle internal wiring, with exact lengths, breakouts positioned against the mechanical model, low outgassing materials, and serialized build records held against every unit. Send the pinout and the mechanical model.

Overmolded Industrial Cable Assembly, Custom Strain Relief, IP67

An overmolded industrial cable assembly with custom strain relief geometry and sealed exits, built from your drawing or sample for machines, sensors and field equipment.

Patient Monitor ECG Lead Set, 5-Lead AHA

A patient monitor ECG lead set in 5 leads with AHA or IEC color coding, grabber or snap electrodes and a trunk connector built to your monitor pinout.

Railway Rolling Stock Harness Built to EN 45545-2 Cable Specifications

A railway rolling stock harness built with the fire safety cable grade your project names, for door control, brake sensors, HVAC and lighting circuits. Electron beam cross-linked halogen free constructions, or an equivalent you nominate on the drawing. Send a drawing for a quote.

Rugged RJ45 IP68 Military Ethernet Cable

A rugged military cable in Cat6 or Cat6A S/FTP with rugged RJ45 plugs, metal locking boots and IP68 sealing when mated to a matching receptacle. PUR drag-chain jacket, 1 m to 30 m.

Shapeable USB Cable with Formable Stainless Core

A shapeable USB cable holds the bend you set, so a camera, scanner or POS lead stays routed without a clip or a tie. The stainless core carries no current: power and data conductors are sized in copper to your drawing.

Surgical Handpiece Cable with Silicone Jacket

A surgical handpiece cable with silicone jacket and overmolded strain relief, built to your instrument drawing and cleaning protocol. We supply the cable component, not the finished instrument.

Surgical Robot Cable Harness with Overmolded Strain Relief and Sealed Joints

A surgical robot cable harness with overmolded strain relief and sealed joints, built to drawing for joint arms, handpieces and camera umbilicals. Materials are selected against the sterilization method you state. We make the cable assembly, not the finished device.

Ultrasound Probe Cable Assembly, Multi-Coax Build

An ultrasound probe cable built to your transducer drawing: multi-micro-coax bundle, low-noise construction, overmolded at both ends. The cable and terminations, not the transducer.

Vending Machine Wire Harness, JST and Molex Pigtails

A vending machine wire harness with JST and Molex pigtail branches, labeled per branch and crimped to your BOM, built to the machine layout in OEM volumes.

Wafer Handling Robot Harness for EFEM and Vacuum Transfer Modules

A wafer handling robot harness for EFEM and vacuum transfer arms, where the loom cycles continuously and runs close to a heated chamber. Fluoropolymer jackets, low outgassing materials and screened legs, built to the motion profile, connector schedule and material rules on your drawing.

Specification table

A harness is not picked from a catalog; it is built to your drawing, BOM or sample. What matters is how the branch points are made, how each joint is protected and what evidence ships with the assembly. Workmanship runs to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria, and every unit is tested before it leaves.

Typical custom wire harness build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Workmanship is built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria, published by IPC and WHMA; rail builds follow the fire, smoke and toxicity grades referenced in EN 45545-2.

Typical applications

  1. Rail rolling stock EN 45545-2 graded materials and documented fire performance.
  2. Aerospace and defense MIL-DTL-38999 based looms with tight potting and marking requirements.
  3. Medical devices Surgical robotics and cleanroom-rated assemblies with full traceability.
  4. Energy storage High-voltage battery and BESS harnesses with HVIL monitoring circuits.
  5. Semiconductor equipment EFEM, vacuum and wafer-handling cabling.

Questions buyers ask

What do I need to send to get a quote?

A drawing or sample plus the connector part numbers, wire specifications and branch lengths. If you do not have a harness drawing yet, our drawing checklist for OEM buyers lists exactly what the build team asks for.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Prototypes and samples start from 1 to 50 pcs. Production pricing starts at 500 pcs per part number once the assembly is proven and a tooling or fixture investment makes sense, and we say so in writing before recommending it.

Is MIL-DTL-38999 worth the cost over M12?

Usually not for a factory floor sensor. It earns its price in vibration, altitude and environmental sealing cases. We priced the difference in MIL-DTL-38999 versus M12.

Have one built to your drawing

Send the connector part numbers, lengths and environment. We review manufacturability in writing before any tooling spend, and we tell you up front what we cannot do.
