Hybrid Robot Torsion Cable with CAT6 Data Pair, Power and Control Cores

A hybrid robot torsion cable carrying a shielded CAT6 data pair with power and control cores in one polyether PUR jacket, built for rotating axes rather than straight drag chain travel. Air lines optional, screw-lock terminations.

Hydrogen Electrolyzer Cable Harness with HVIL for High-Temperature Stacks

A hydrogen electrolyzer cable harness with the interlock loop routed as its own circuit, built to your drawing for stacks, compressors, dryers and hydrogen station support wiring. Silicone in the hot zones and two-shot overmolded transitions at every exit. Send a drawing or a sample.

Kiosk and Self-Service Terminal Harness

A kiosk terminal harness with mixed JST, Molex and IDC terminations, every branch labeled and ferruled, built to the cabinet layout you send us.

Leak Detection Harness for Data Center CDU and Rack Manifolds

A leak detection harness for data center CDU units, rack manifolds and underfloor loops, built to your pinout and zone numbering. Small outer diameter for pipe-side routing, jacket selected against the fluid in your loop, and markers at both ends.

Lightweight UAV Wire Harness for eVTOL Propulsion and Avionics Bays

A lightweight UAV wire harness built to the mass budget on your drawing, for eVTOL propulsion feeders, battery interconnects and avionics bays. Finished weight is recorded against each serial number, so the aircraft weight and balance file holds a measured value.

Memory Wire Composite Harness, Enameled Copper on Steel Core

A memory wire composite harness puts enameled copper and a stainless shaping wire in one cable: the copper carries the current, the steel core holds the shape you bend it to. Built for personal care and wearable devices where a lead has to stay exactly where you put it. Termination and bend life are built to your drawing, not pulled off a shelf.

Micro-D Shielded Jumper with Twisted Pair and Coax Mix for Avionics

A Micro-D shielded jumper built to print, mixing shielded twisted pair, coax and discrete signal legs in one branch at 0.05 inch pitch. Each screen is terminated on its own path at the backshell. Send the pinout, or send the original jumper and we will measure it.

MIL-C-26482 Series I Military Cable Assembly

A military mil 26482 cable built on MIL-C-26482 Series I bayonet connectors, shell sizes 08 to 24, wired to the contact layout you specify. Gold-plated contacts, braid and foil shield, PUR or neoprene jacket.

MIL-DTL-22992 Power Cable Assembly

A military mil 22992 cable for heavy power distribution on MIL-DTL-22992 Class L or Class R connectors, shell sizes 28 to 64. Silver-plated power contacts, neoprene or PUR jacket, built to the arrangement you name.

MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Military Circular Cable Assembly

A military mil dtl cable built around MIL-DTL-38999 Series III threaded circular connectors, shell sizes 09 to 25, wired to the insert arrangement you name. Shielded bundle, PUR or FEP jacket, strain-relieved backshell boots.

MIL-DTL-5015 Circular Power Cable Assembly

A MIL DTL 5015 cable assembly built to the shell size, insert layout and keying on your drawing: crimp or solder contacts, chain-lanyard dust caps, length and labeling to order.

MIL-DTL-83513 Micro-D and MIL-DTL-32139 Nano-D Cable

A military micro dtl 83513 assembly on MIL-DTL-83513 Micro-D and MIL-DTL-32139 Nano-D connectors, 9 to 51 contacts at 1.27 mm or 0.635 mm pitch. Shielded, gold-plated contacts, built to your layout.

Specification table

A harness is not picked from a catalog; it is built to your drawing, BOM or sample. What matters is how the branch points are made, how each joint is protected and what evidence ships with the assembly. Workmanship runs to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria, and every unit is tested before it leaves.

Typical custom wire harness build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Workmanship is built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria, published by IPC and WHMA; rail builds follow the fire, smoke and toxicity grades referenced in EN 45545-2.

Typical applications

  1. Rail rolling stock EN 45545-2 graded materials and documented fire performance.
  2. Aerospace and defense MIL-DTL-38999 based looms with tight potting and marking requirements.
  3. Medical devices Surgical robotics and cleanroom-rated assemblies with full traceability.
  4. Energy storage High-voltage battery and BESS harnesses with HVIL monitoring circuits.
  5. Semiconductor equipment EFEM, vacuum and wafer-handling cabling.

Questions buyers ask

What do I need to send to get a quote?

A drawing or sample plus the connector part numbers, wire specifications and branch lengths. If you do not have a harness drawing yet, our drawing checklist for OEM buyers lists exactly what the build team asks for.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Prototypes and samples start from 1 to 50 pcs. Production pricing starts at 500 pcs per part number once the assembly is proven and a tooling or fixture investment makes sense, and we say so in writing before recommending it.

Is MIL-DTL-38999 worth the cost over M12?

Usually not for a factory floor sensor. It earns its price in vibration, altitude and environmental sealing cases. We priced the difference in MIL-DTL-38999 versus M12.

Have one built to your drawing

Send the connector part numbers, lengths and environment. We review manufacturability in writing before any tooling spend, and we tell you up front what we cannot do.
