Installation Notes
- Confirm pin coding (A-Coded for sensors / signals; never cross with D-Coded Ethernet or X-Coded Cat6A cabling).
- Tighten the threaded coupling by hand (typical torque 0.4 – 0.6 Nm for M8, 0.8 – 1.0 Nm for M12). Do not use tools that can over-torque and crack the housing.
- Cap unused M8 / M12 ports to preserve IP rating when unmated (IP ratings apply to the mated pair).
- Minimum bend radius typically 5 x cable OD (10x for continuous flex / drag-chain).
