Cat6A Rugged Locking Patch Cord, Metal Shell, for Stage and AVoIP

A Cat6A rugged locking patch cord built for load-out: shielded Category 6A core inside a metal latching shell that locks into the chassis connector and completes the screen path. Solid or stranded, 1 m to 75 m, compatible with etherCON-style chassis.

Cat6A Shielded Patch Cord – S/FTP 26AWG, 500 MHz, 10G

A cat6a shielded patch cord in S/FTP 26 AWG stranded copper: pair foil plus overall braid, 500 MHz class, RJ45 to RJ45, built to your length and channel budget.

Cat6A Slim Patch Cord, 28AWG S/FTP, Low-Profile Boot

A Cat6A slim patch cord built around a 28 AWG S/FTP construction with around 4.5 mm outside diameter, so a fully loaded 10G panel fills and breathes better. Low-profile snagless boot, six colors, lengths from 0.15 m to 5 m.

Cat6A UTP Patch Cord – 28 AWG Stranded, 500 MHz, 10G to 100 m

A Cat6A UTP patch cord in 28 AWG stranded copper for the patch zone: thinner and more flexible than a 23 AWG cord, 500 MHz, 10GBASE-T to 100 m. RJ45 to RJ45 with snagless boots, six colors, lengths from 0.15 m to 5 m.

Cat7 S/FTP Patch Cord (600 MHz, TERA / GG45, PIMF, LSOH)

A cat7 patch cord in S/FTP PIMF construction to 600 MHz Class F, terminated TERA, GG45 or RJ45, on a low-smoke LSOH jacket.

Cat7 SSTP Patch Cord

A cat7 sstp cord is the double-screened choice for industrial cells, broadcast racks and data centers: foil on every pair plus an overall tinned copper braid, 23 AWG solid copper, FR-LSZH jacket.

Cat8 Ethernet Patch Cord, S/FTP 22 AWG, 25/40GBASE-T to 30 m

A Cat8 Ethernet patch cord in S/FTP 22 AWG for 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T inside a 30 m channel. Screened plugs with metal shell, LSZH or CM jacket, built in 1 to 5 m for top-of-rack and short-reach links.

Flat Slim Cat6 / Cat5e UTP Patch Cord (4-Pair, Snagless Boot)

A flat slim cat6 cat5e utp patch cord for the gaps a round cord will not fit: under doors, along baseboards and behind wall-mounted kit. T568B, snagless boot, OEM lengths.

ix Industrial Cat6A Patch Cord for ix-to-RJ45 and ix-to-ix Links

An ix Industrial Cat6A patch cord for equipment where an RJ45 will not fit: around 70 percent less faceplate area, 360 degree shielding, full Cat6A performance. ix to RJ45 or ix to ix, 0.5 to 5 m, built to your drawing.

PoE Cat6a Patch Cable, 4-Pair Shielded, Molded Snagless Boot

A poe ethernet patch cable built for powered devices rather than data alone: shielded Category 6A pairs, a snagless molded boot and OEM lengths for cameras, access points and desk phones.

RJ14C 6-Pin Modular Patch Cord (24 AWG Stranded, 2 Twisted Pairs)

An rj14c 6 pin modular patch cord carrying two lines on a 6-position plug: one pair on the center pins, the second outside it. Built to your pinout and length.

RJ45 Push-Pull Quick-Lock Cat6a Cable, IP67

This rj45 push pull cable seals an Ethernet port the fast way: the overmolded hood carries a quick-lock latch instead of a separate cap or screw ring, so an outdoor camera or wireless bridge connects in one motion and stays IP67 sealed.

Specification table

Patch cords look interchangeable until the environment changes the requirement: office cabinet work needs flexible stranded conductors, industrial runs need PUR or LSZH jackets and locking plugs, and anything single pair needs its own budget. We build all three from the same drawing discipline.

Typical Ethernet patch cord build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Typical applications

  1. Data center and office cabinets Short, flexible, correctly terminated cords that do not drag their neighbors.
  2. Industrial Ethernet M12 X-coded and ix Industrial runs built for vibration and coolant.
  3. Machine vision Cat6A lines feeding GigE Vision cameras on moving equipment.
  4. Touring and broadcast Ruggedized cords that survive repeated set and strike.
  5. Building networks LSZH and CMR rated riser runs.

Questions buyers ask

Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6A?

Cat5e is fine for gigabit at short reach. Cat6 buys headroom against alien crosstalk in dense bundles, and Cat6A is the realistic choice for 10GBASE-T over 100 m. Our patch cord comparison puts numbers on each step.

When is single pair Ethernet the better answer?

When a sensor node needs power and a modest data rate over a longer distance on thinner cable. It trades throughput for reach and weight. See SPE versus four-pair Ethernet.

RJ45 or M12 X-coded on the machine?

If the equipment is cleaned, moved or vibrated, M12 X-coded is the connector engineers specify, and we build both plus the adapter leads between them. Details in this comparison.
