Magnetic Pogo Pin Cable USB-C for Medical and Wearable Devices, 2 / 4 / 8 Pin

A magnetic pogo pin cable lets a medical or wearable device charge and sync without an open socket that can snag a lead or trap fluid. It is built in 2, 4 and 8 pin versions with a USB-C source end, gold plated spring contacts and a breakaway release, to the pinout and pull force you specify.

Mini UPS Splitter Cable DC 5.5×2.1mm, 1-to-2 and 1-to-4 Y Lead

A mini ups splitter cable turns one DC 5.5x2.1mm UPS output into two or four feeds, so a router, optical modem and camera share one backup battery. 20 AWG, 0.3 to 0.5 m, 5 V / 9 V / 12 V versions.

Reverse Polarity DC 5521 Power Cable

This reverse polarity 5521 cable is a DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm lead wired center negative, the opposite of the usual center-positive convention, for older or specialized equipment.

Red and black molded housings make the inverted pinout obvious.

Smart Watch Magnetic Charging Cable with PCBA Tip

This magnetic smart watch cable carries 5 V from a USB-A host to a magnetic pogo head, with a 2-pin or 4-pin PCBA tip designed into the wearable by the device maker.

PCB footprint and STEP model supplied; length, color and tip layout on request.

Solar MC4 Adapter Cable to XT60, Anderson, DC7909 and DC5521 Power Station Inputs

A solar mc4 adapter cable takes one MC4 panel output to XT60, Anderson, DC7909 and DC5521 power station inputs. 12 AWG trunk, branches about a foot from the joint, center positive on every barrel. Specify only the branches your fleet actually uses.

Square-Shape 2-Pin Magnetic Charging Cable

A magnetic 2pin square cable ends in a square-edge molded pogo head that users can orient by touch and that sits flush on a rectangular housing. Two contacts carry DC power only.

Built for charging cradles, wearable docks and small DC appliances where a breakaway joint protects the device port.

Starlink Mini Car Charger Cable – 12/24V Cigarette Lighter to DC 5.5×2.1mm

A starlink mini car charger cable takes 12 V or 24 V from a vehicle lighter socket straight to the dish DC 5.5x2.1mm input, with no inverter in the chain. Fused plug, 18 or 16 AWG tinned copper, built to the run length you name.

Starlink Mini DC Extension Cable – DC 5.5×2.1mm Male to Male, 18 AWG

A starlink mini dc extension cable that adds reach between the supply and the dish without changing the voltage it sees: molded 5.5x2.1mm male plug to female jack, 18 AWG stranded tinned copper, 1 m or 3 m, and custom lengths to your drawing.

Threaded Locking DC Pigtail 5.5×2.1mm, Shielded Right-Angle Plug to Bare Wire

A threaded locking dc pigtail for equipment that vibrates: a 5.5x2.1mm right-angle plug with a knurled threaded collar, shielded cable with a drain wire, and tinned tails. The collar screws onto a matching socket, so retention no longer depends on friction. 2.00 m standard, with the cable exit clocked to your run.

USB A Coiled to DC 5521 Female Cable

This coiled dc 5521 cable is a spring-style USB-A to DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm female adapter. The coil stretches and retracts, keeping slack tidy where the device-to-source distance changes.

Common in vehicles, on test carts and at adjustable mounts.

USB A to 2-5mm Barrel Power Cable

This 2 5mm barrel power cable runs from a USB Type-A male plug to a small DC 2.5 mm coaxial barrel, tapping 5 V from any USB host for older handheld chargers and similar devices.

Confirm the jack is DC, not a 2.5 mm audio socket.

USB A to 3-5mm DC Female Cable

This usb a 3 5mm dc cable puts a USB Type-A male plug on one end and a DC 3.5 mm coaxial female socket on the other, tapping 5 V from any USB host for small barrel-jack gear.

Center positive standard; not for 5521, 5525 or 4017 equipment.

Specification table

DC leads are where a small specification error becomes a field failure: the wrong barrel size, reversed polarity or a conductor too thin for the run length. We build to the plug dimension you name, state the polarity on every drawing, and size the conductor against the current and the distance.

Typical DC plug power cable build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Barrel dimensions follow IEC 60130; conductor ampacity is worked to the installation rules in NFPA 70 where North American installations require it.

Typical applications

  1. Security cameras and access control Outdoor runs where the lead has to seal at the camera housing.
  2. LED lighting and signage Constant-voltage feeds with the right barrel plug and current rating.
  3. Solar and battery packs Higher current leads with XT60, XT90-S or SB50 hardware.
  4. Medical and lab devices Documented materials and repeatable lot-to-lot consistency.
  5. Point-of-sale and kiosks Short harnesses with labeled branch lengths.

Questions buyers ask

How do I pick the right conductor size?

Start from load current, then check voltage drop over the actual run length. A 2 m lead at low current is a different problem from a 5 m lead carrying most of its rating. Our voltage drop and ampacity guide walks through the arithmetic with real conductor tables.

What happens if I order the wrong polarity?

The equipment usually does not survive it. We mark every drawing center-positive or center-negative and ask you to confirm before production; assemblies can also be labeled at the plug end.

Can you supply USB-C power instead of a barrel plug?

Yes. For anything above 60 W we build to USB Power Delivery with an E-marked cable, quoted against the power level the device negotiates rather than by gauge alone.
