SCART to 3 RCA AV Cable

A scart rca av cable breaking a 21-pin SCART output into composite video plus stereo audio, for legacy European gear on a modern TV or capture card. Coaxial video core, locking clip, direction built to your source.

SDI BNC Cable Assembly for Studios and OB Vans

An SDI BNC cable assembly built around a 75 ohm path end to end, for SD, HD, 3G, 6G and 12G runs in studios, OB vehicles and stadium infrastructure. Straight, right angle and micro-BNC ends, color coded boots, or bulk coax with a crimp set. Reach quoted from your coax datasheet.

Toslink Digital Optical Audio Cable

A toslink digital optical cable carrying an S/PDIF stream between a TV, console or player and a soundbar, receiver or DAC. Immune to ground-loop hum, plastic optical fiber, protective end caps, length to your run.

Turntable Tonearm Cable with DIN and Dual RCA Options

A turntable tonearm cable is the one link in a vinyl system where the wiring, the screening and the ground path are all audible. Built with DIN 5-pin or dual RCA ends, a separate ground spade and two shielding layers, to the pinout on your drawing. Send a photo of the back of the deck and we will match it.

Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable for 8K Video Walls

An ultra high speed hdmi cable for fixed commercial installs where the source sits close to the panel: signage players behind screens, lecterns, table boxes and racked video wall controllers. 30 AWG, foil and braid shielded, halogen-free TPE.

USB-C to DisplayPort Cable for High Refresh Monitors

A USB-C to DisplayPort cable carries native DisplayPort signaling out of a USB-C port, bi-directional and without a converter in the path. Latching shell, gold plated contacts, reinforced molding at the USB-C end. Tell us your source, monitor and target refresh format and we will build the length to it.

VGA HD15 1 Male to 2 Female Y Splitter

A vga hd15 y splitter feeding one analog RGBHV source into two monitors at once, passively. Coaxial cores to both outputs, thumbscrews throughout, short pigtail, leg lengths and DDC wiring to your drawing.

VGA HD15 Monitor Extension Cable

This vga hd15 monitor cable is a male-to-male analog RGBHV extension for short runs between a PC, switch or distribution amplifier and a monitor or projector. Coaxial RGB cores and separate sync conductors, thumbscrews at both ends, length and pinout to your drawing.

VGA HD15 Video Cable 1.5m

A vga hd15 video cable at a 1.5 m off-the-shelf length with cream, off-white connector housings that disappear against a cream wall. Analog RGBHV over coaxial cores, thumbscrews both ends, for fixed desk and projector runs.

VR Link Cable, 5 m Hybrid Fiber with 90 Degree Headset End

A vr link cable built as a hybrid runs the data path over optical fiber and the power over copper, so a five meter lead stays thin and light enough to forget about. 90 degree molded headset end, angled USB-C, strap supplied.

XLR Microphone Cable, Balanced Three Pin Male to Female

An xlr microphone cable is the everyday link between a mic and a preamp, carrying both the audio and the phantom supply. Balanced two core OFC pair with conductive layer and braid screen, 1 to 20 m, four jacket colors.

Specification table

Analog, digital and hybrid video formats do not share the same impedance, so these assemblies are built around the signal rather than the plug alone. Give us the two endpoints and the run length; we select the coax or twisted construction, the shield combination and the plating from there.

Typical audio and video cable build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Length0.15 m to 30 mLonger multiplies single; quoted against the return loss budget

Video and audio interfaces keep to their governing specifications from HDMI, SMPTE and ESTA; 12G-SDI builds are held to SMPTE ST 2082 return loss limits rather than a nominal maximum.

Typical applications

  1. Broadcast and OB trucks SDI runs coiled, marked and verified before the load-in.
  2. Studio and stage Balanced XLR and TRS leads where the shield must stay continuous through every adapter.
  3. Conference and kiosk Short HDMI and DisplayPort assemblies with mounting-friendly right-angle plugs.
  4. Legacy equipment support VGA, Mini-DIN and DIN assemblies still built to the original pinouts.
  5. In-vehicle and marine AV Vibration-rated builds with locking connectors.

Questions buyers ask

Gold or nickel plating?

Gold resists corrosion and holds contact resistance stable over many mating cycles, which matters for frequently patched audio lines. Nickel is cheaper and perfectly reasonable for a permanently mated panel lead.

Can you build longer HDMI or SDI runs?

Within the loss budget of the coax, or with a specified active solution where copper cannot make the distance. We quote against the return loss your equipment expects rather than a generic maximum, and for fixed installations we build hybrid fiber plus copper assemblies that carry the same signals further.

Do I need to worry about bend radius on coiled runs?

Yes, and it changes the construction. Repeated coiling below the minimum bend radius migrates the braid and ruins the return loss long before anything breaks. See bend radius and pull force limits.
