12V/24V Cigarette Lighter Power Cable with Waterproof 5.5×2.1mm DC Plug

A cigarette lighter power cable takes 12 V or 24 V from a vehicle socket to a sealed 5.5x2.1mm DC plug. Center positive, replaceable blade fuse in the plug, 18 or 16 AWG tinned copper, waterproof cap on the barrel.

14 AWG DC Barrel Pigtail Cable 5.5×2.1mm to Bare Wire or Ring Terminals

A dc barrel pigtail cable for permanent low-voltage installs: molded 5.5x2.1mm center-positive plug to 14 AWG stranded tinned copper tails, in 1 m or 3 m, with optional M6 or M8 ring terminals, bootlace ferrules or an inline fuse holder fitted near the supply end.

240 W Magnetic USB-C Charging Cable 16-Pin Rotating Head, Interchangeable Tips

A magnetic usb-c charging cable with a 16-pin self-aligning head that connects one handed and breaks away when pulled. Rated to the 240 W PD 3.1 EPR operating point, USB 2.0 at 480 Mbps, with interchangeable tips and a rotating head.

8-Way Fused DC Splitter Cable 5.5×2.1mm with Per-Channel Switches

A fused dc splitter cable that feeds eight 5.5x2.1mm loads from one supply, with a rocker switch and a fuse on every channel, so one shorted branch drops alone. Blade or self-resetting fusing, 18 AWG trunk, 5.5x2.5mm outputs and a panel mount bracket on request.

COB LED Power Injection Cable DC 5.5×2.1mm Male to Tinned Bare Wire

An led power injection cable feeds a COB or SMD strip at a mid-point instead of at one end, so the far end of the run does not dim. 5.5x2.1mm plug to two-core tinned tails, 20 or 18 AWG, 3 m and 5 m.

DC 4017 Right Angle Power Cable

This dc 4017 right angle cable has a 4.0 x 1.7 mm coaxial barrel plug molded in an L-shaped body, keeping the lead flush against the device chassis in tight spots.

Far end is built to your spec: bare tinned leads, DC plug or terminals.

DC 4017 Straight to Right Angle Combo Cable

This dc 4017 combo cable has a straight 4.0 x 1.7 mm male plug on one end and a right-angle female socket on the other, so a straight PSU lead can enter a tight chassis.

No kinking at the jack, no side load on the solder fillet.

DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm Magnetic Charging Cable

This magnetic charging dc 20 cable ends in a 5.5 x 2.1 mm coaxial DC jack held by magnet retention, so a snagged lead releases instead of pulling the device off its mount.

5 to 24 V DC, center positive by default, reversible on request.

DC 5521 Daisy Chain Cable 1 Female 5 Way

A dc 5521 daisy chain cable splits one 5.5 x 2.1 mm female feed into five right-angle male leads for CCTV rows, LED strings and 12 V distribution. Leg length, polarity and conductor size are built to your drawing.

DC 5521 Power Splitter 1 Female 2 Way

This dc 5521 2 way splitter is a Y cable routing a single DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm female input into two male barrel outputs, keeping twin leads tidy behind cabinets.

Two cameras, twin LED strips or dual sensors on one supply.

DC 5521 Power Splitter 1 Female 6 Way

A dc 5521 6 way splitter fans one 5.5 x 2.1 mm female input into six male barrel outputs with roughly 40 cm legs, built for racks, cabinets and camera arrays. Custom length and polarity.

DC 5521 Right Angle to Straight Adapter Cable

A dc 5521 straight adapter cable puts a right-angle 5.5 x 2.1 mm plug on one end and a straight female socket on the other, so power leads can run flush against panels instead of kinking.

Specification table

DC leads are where a small specification error becomes a field failure: the wrong barrel size, reversed polarity or a conductor too thin for the run length. We build to the plug dimension you name, state the polarity on every drawing, and size the conductor against the current and the distance.

Typical DC plug power cable build options. Every assembly is made to order, so values outside this table are quoted rather than declined.

Barrel dimensions follow IEC 60130; conductor ampacity is worked to the installation rules in NFPA 70 where North American installations require it.

Typical applications

  1. Security cameras and access control Outdoor runs where the lead has to seal at the camera housing.
  2. LED lighting and signage Constant-voltage feeds with the right barrel plug and current rating.
  3. Solar and battery packs Higher current leads with XT60, XT90-S or SB50 hardware.
  4. Medical and lab devices Documented materials and repeatable lot-to-lot consistency.
  5. Point-of-sale and kiosks Short harnesses with labeled branch lengths.

Questions buyers ask

How do I pick the right conductor size?

Start from load current, then check voltage drop over the actual run length. A 2 m lead at low current is a different problem from a 5 m lead carrying most of its rating. Our voltage drop and ampacity guide walks through the arithmetic with real conductor tables.

What happens if I order the wrong polarity?

The equipment usually does not survive it. We mark every drawing center-positive or center-negative and ask you to confirm before production; assemblies can also be labeled at the plug end.

Can you supply USB-C power instead of a barrel plug?

Yes. For anything above 60 W we build to USB Power Delivery with an E-marked cable, quoted against the power level the device negotiates rather than by gauge alone.
