Construction and Materials
Moulded 21-pin SCART male connector with a black overmould and a locking clip on the body, splitting into three colour-coded RCA male plugs — yellow for composite video, red and white for the L and R analog audio channels. All conductors run inside a smooth black PVC outer jacket; the composite video line is a coaxial core so the analog picture stays clean.
Typical Applications
Older European set-top box, VCR, DVD player or classic game console to a modern TV with composite video and stereo audio inputs, or to a video capture card for digitising legacy media. SCART was the standard multi-signal AV connector across Europe from the 1980s to the 2000s.
Compatibility and Fitment
Standard SCART with composite video output (most consumer gear); the cable does not pass through RGB SCART, S-Video, or any digital signal — only composite video + stereo audio. If the source only outputs RGB over SCART, you need an active RGB-to-composite converter instead of a passive cable.
Custom Builds and Ordering
Cable length, jacket colour, connector orientation, and pinout can be tailored to your build. Contact our sales team for OEM / ODM lead times, MOQ, and custom connector combinations on this audio video cable line. We support low-volume prototypes and high-volume production runs with consistent batch testing on every shipment, and can match the connector housing colour to your brand if requested.
Packaging and Shipping
Each audio video cable is bulk-packed in PE bags and shipped in export cartons. Standard packaging fits courier pallets; custom retail blister packs, header cards, and private-label boxes are available on request. Lead time for stocked items is typically 3–7 days; custom builds 2–4 weeks depending on quantity.
Quality and Compliance
Every assembly is continuity-tested and visually inspected before dispatch. Our manufacturing partners hold ISO 9001 quality systems; specific regulatory approvals (UL, CE, RoHS, REACH) for finished assemblies depend on the chosen jacket material and connector brand — please confirm requirements when requesting a quote.
