M16 DC Push-Pull Quick-Lock Cable, 4-Pin, IP67

Overview

This m16 push pull quick lock cable brings tool-free DC power connection to the M16 platform: four contacts, a latched push-pull shell and a sealed mating face, so LED drivers, sensing nodes and battery packs connect in one press.

Between the small DC plugs and the heavy 7/8-inch power family sits this M16-size quick-lock: large enough for genuine multi-conductor DC feeds, yet still a one-hand connection. The push-pull latch removes the threaded ring entirely, which matters on service doors, light poles and battery compartments where a dropped coupling nut is more than an inconvenience.

Construction and Materials

The shells are overmolded onto round jacket with the latch collar as an integral part of the body, and a sealing O-ring sits in the mating face so the contact chamber stays protected while connected. The keyed shell prevents reversed insertion, and the contact layout carries a four-wire DC or signal mix without an open terminal in the circuit.

The latch collar is molded in the same shot as the body, so there is no separate ring to lose and no gap for water to track along the shell. Contact retention is set by the insulator, and the O-ring seat is molded flat rather than machined, which keeps seal compression the same on every unit we mold.

Typical Applications

Use it on LED driver and luminaire feeds, environmental sensor nodes, battery and charge connections on mobile carts, and sealed DC distribution inside enclosures that are opened regularly for service.

It also suits service doors and light poles where the connector is unmated and remated every season, and battery compartments where the charge lead is pulled daily.

Compatibility and Fitment

The latch mates only with matching push-pull counterparts of the same size and keying; it does not interchange with threaded M16 ports. Confirm your counterpart connector style before ordering.

Pin assignment, cable length and gender pairs are produced to order. Send the load schedule and we will quote the matching set. Prototype and sample lots run from 1 to 50 pcs and ship in 3 working days; production orders start at 500 pcs per part number and ship 14 working days after approval, with new overmold tooling adding about 10 working days.

Each cable is bagged with contact protection; bulk packs with OEM labels are available.
