Certifications, Compliance & Material Declarations
This page states what we hold, what we can provide on every project, and — just as importantly — what we do not hold. All three are listed before you ask.

Product and material compliance
- UL-recognized cable
- Where your specification calls for it, we build with UL-recognized cable to the requested style. Tell us the style at quotation if your assembly needs to carry one.
- RoHS
- Material declarations against RoHS are provided per project.
- REACH
- Material declarations against REACH are provided per project.
- Halogen-free
- Halogen-free cable constructions are available where specified.
- Conflict minerals
- Conflict minerals declarations are available on request.

Workmanship standard
Workmanship acceptance is defined per project against IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria. We build to it as the acceptance basis for termination, molding and assembly workmanship.
We do not claim to hold a separate IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification. If your requirement is for certified workmanship rather than for work built to the criteria, we will say so at quotation.
Where we are, stated plainly
We hold ISO 9001, we build with UL-recognized cable where specified, and we declare against RoHS and REACH. We do not hold IATF 16949 or ISO 13485.
Where a project requires a certification we do not currently hold, we will say so at quotation rather than at delivery, and we will tell you what the path to obtaining it would look like. Buyers do not mind a supplier without a certificate nearly as much as they mind discovering it during an audit.
What we can provide on every project, regardless of certification status: material declarations against RoHS and REACH; dimensional and electrical test reports against the approved drawing; first article inspection to your format; and full traceability on request.

Certification FAQ
Do you hold ISO 9001 certification?
Yes. ISO 9001 covers our quality management system for custom cable assembly and wire harness manufacture. Certificate copies, including the certificate number, validity dates and certified scope, are provided on request.
Do you hold IATF 16949 or ISO 13485?
No. We hold neither IATF 16949 nor ISO 13485. Automotive work is accepted with the documentation scope agreed at quotation, and medical work is accepted on a build-to-print basis with material traceability. Where a project needs a certification we do not hold, we say so at quotation rather than at delivery.
Do you hold an IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification?
No. Workmanship acceptance is defined per project against IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 criteria, and we build to those criteria as the acceptance basis for termination, molding and assembly workmanship. We do not claim to hold a separate IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
Which compliance documents come with a project?
Material certificates traceable to lot, a dimensional report against the approved drawing, an electrical test report for the agreed scope, first article inspection to your format, a certificate of conformity, and RoHS and REACH declarations. Photographs of critical features are available on request.
