Custom Cable Assemblies & Wire Harnesses

Custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses and overmolded interconnects built for industrial OEM programs. Nine product lines cover signal, power, data and harsh-environment interfaces, each configurable for connector type, pinout, cable jacket, shielding, overmold and test. Send a drawing, sample or specification and we confirm feasibility before tooling.

A better starting point

Not finding an exact catalog part is expected.

These categories are engineering entry points, not fixed retail SKUs. Share a reference part, sample or requirement and we will define the viable construction.

Configuration scope

Six variables you can specify on every assembly

01

Connector & interface

M8, M12, RJ45, D-Sub and USB connectors; straight, right-angle or panel-mount bodies; A/B/D/X/S/T/L/K keying and custom mating geometry.

See M8 / M12 connector options
02

Circuit & pinout

2 to 24 positions, 28-16 AWG conductors, power and signal combined in one jacket, custom pinout or 1:1 straight wiring.

03

Shielding & protection

Foil or braid shielding, PUR/PVC/TPE/silicone jacket, IP67-IP68 overmolded strain relief, drag-chain and torsion-rated builds.

How to specify a custom cable assembly

Most enquiries start with a connector, not a part number. Send a drawing or sample: we confirm the interface, specify gauge, shielding and strain relief, and return a build drawing for approval before cutting tooling.

From prototype to production

Prototypes are built on the same lines as production parts, so the first article you approve is representative of the volume build. Every assembly can be verified for continuity, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand and pull force, with dimensional and visual inspection documented per lot. Tooling for custom overmolds and connector bodies is designed and cut in-house, which keeps first article lead times short and avoids the tooling transfer delays common with brokered supply.

If your requirement sits between two categories, or you need a connector combination that is not listed, send the interface details and we will confirm what is feasible. See how custom development works or request a quotation.
